Refunds And Rescheduling
Our refund and reschedule policy lasts up to 24 hours until date of the playgroup and workshop. This is due to the planning that goes on behind the scenes to cater to the amount of children booked. this applies to family plans and term bookings also. you cannot submit a refund for the plans or term bookings once attending any of the sessions, we will be flexible with you to reschedule as many times as needed or put on a pause at your request.
To be eligible for a refund, we ask you email to include the reason in which you request a refund so we can better assist.
To reschedue or cancel before that time frame has passed simply send us an email with the subject REFUND or RESCHEDULE, with the date you wish to change reschedule from and to, or which booking you would like to cancel.

Once you have recieved confirmation that the process is underway of your booking after our free consultation we cannot refund this event due to the items already being purchased and planning underway, although we understand things happen and circumstances change we will happily reschedule with you to suit your needs.

“Can i stay during workshops?”
for the consideration of the other children in the workshop, maximizing focus and creativity we ask that adults use this time to grab a coffee, finish some shopping, unwind and come back to hear about the amazing creations.
What if my child is not settling?
We are understanding of big feelings and we will support you in easing the transition, you are welcome to stay in engaging the child into the experience and step out once the child feels comfortable.
“Is there parking?”
yes there is a parking lot with ample spots directly in front of the studio.
“Will there be photography of my child”
no photos of the child will be taken or posted without your consent.
“Can i take creations home?”
Yes the childs creations is theirs to own, although on most occasions they may be wet and undried so we offer to store them for your next convenience. we also always ask if you would like us to keep these creations for an end of year art gallery where we celebrate the beautiful creations
“Do you only use natural materials?”
no we don’t we are often inspired by natural resources but are not restricted too, we also source recycled materials or reused pieces for our artworks.
“How does signing in and out work?”
A qR code will be at the front entrance for families to sign there children in and out of for workshops, this is not required for playgroups.
“What if it’s Raining?”
We are readily prepared with gazeebos for our messy play outdoor set-ups, while indoors offers a heater for the colder weather.
